REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and hope you are happy when you receive  your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can opt to  return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used. Note that clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Returning your product is easy, please contact our customers service by email or phone for further instructions.

Or, if the item  was purchased at our store simply come into the store with product and your receipt.

International Returns: Regrettably we do not offer free postage returns for international orders at this moment. If you still wish to return we are happy to provide the service but the shipping costs will be your responsibility in such instances.

GUARANTEE

We offer guarantee against manufacturers defect from date of purchase for a maximum of

  • 1 year for shoes
  • 1 year for sandals
  • 1 year for apparel
  • 1 year for bags

Product guaranteed will be replaced at our own discretion.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

  • Fraying of straps/shoe appears due to use/abuse
  • Deterioration as a result of water abuse
  • Sole wearing out or worn through
  • Cuts, Scratches, burn etc
  • Damages caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of product
  • Damages caused by wetting of non-waterproof product

We will evaluate any problem not listed above on an individual basis.
